At Treeshirts, every item is made with purpose—and we want you to love what you wear.

Because our products are limited-edition and tied to real-world impact (like planting trees), we handle returns a little differently.

Returns

We currently do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, sizing errors, or preference. Every purchase directly supports environmental action, and your order helps plant trees—thank you for understanding.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect—we’ve got you. Please reach out within 3 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right.

Refunds (If Applicable)

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer product exchanges. If your item is damaged or incorrect, we will replace it free of charge.
