1. Product & Pricing

We strive to ensure all product information, availability, and pricing are accurate. Prices are subject to change without notice.

2. Orders & Cancellations

Once your order is placed, it can’t be modified or cancelled after 12 hours. For urgent changes, please email us at hello@treeshirts.ae and we’ll do our best to assist.

3. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of limited-edition, impact-based products, we currently do not accept returns. However, if your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 3 days of delivery.

4. Sustainability Commitment

We are committed to ethical practices and environmental responsibility.  Every purchase contributes to tree-planting efforts. All products come with a guaranteed take-back policy. 

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and designs on this site are owned by Treeshirts and Recall. Unauthorized use or duplication is not permitted.

6. Liability

We are not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by shipping providers, natural events, or third-party services.
